BSEB Inter Topper List 2024: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) Saturday announced the result of the 12th Inter 2024 exam and also released the BSEB 12th Toppers List 2024 on its official website biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in.

Along with announcing the 12th results, the Board Secretary, Anand Kishore, Saturday also released the names of 12th Inter Toppers in Arts, Science and Commerce streams.

BSEB Inter 2024 Toppers List

"As many as 11 students of the state are among top 5 in the Science stream, 5 students are among the top 5 list in Arts and 8 students in the top 5 list of Commerce stream", he said.

"Mrityunjay Kumar is the Bihar Inter 2024 Topper in Science. He scored 481 marks and a percentage of 96.2%", he said.

"In Arts, the top scorer was Tushar Kumar, securing an outstanding 96.4% with a total of 482 marks. Priya Kumari emerged as the topper in Commerce, achieving an impressive 95.6% with 478 marks", he said.

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) declared the 12th Inter result 2024 on its official website.

Overall Pass Percentage

According to the result data uploaded on the Patna board website, the overall pass percentage in the 2024 Higher Secondary board exams is 87.21%.

"A total of 1,291,684 students appeared in Arts, Science and Commerce streams of the 2024 BSEB Inter exams. Of them, 11,26,439 students passed the exam registering a pass percentage of 87.21%," Board Secretary Anand Kishore said.

"This the best pass percentage in five years", the BSEB Secretary said.

5,24,939 bag 1st division

Out of a total of 12,91,684 students who appeared for the BSEB Inter 2024 exams, 5,24,939 students secured first division. A total of 5,04,897 students got second division marks, and 96,595 students received third rank, according to the BSEB 12th Merit List 2024.

Girls have outperformedd boys in all three streams. In Arts, the passing percentage of girl students is 88.07%, while 8317% boys have passed.

In Commerce, 96.91% girl students have passed, while the passing percentage of boys is 93.86% whereas 89.71% girl students have passed, while the passing percentage of boys is 86.73% in Science.

The BSEB conducted the 12th Inter exams 2024 from February 01 to 12, 2024.

BSEB 10th and 12th results 2024 are available for download on the board's official website "biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in".

Steps to Check BSEB Class 12 Result 2024

1. Go to the result website: biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in.
2. Click on the link "BSEB Class 12th Result 2024".
3. Enter your roll number.
4. Click on "Get Results".
5. Take a printout

Candidates should note that along with board official websites - onlinebseb.in, biharboardonline.com, biharboard.ac.in and bsebinteredu.in, the Bihar board exam results are also declared on bihar.indiaresults.com - board's partner website to host results.

Bihar Inter result 2024 on SMS

The result can also be checked via SMS and using Mobile App.

Earlier, the Bihar Board of Secondary Education (BSEB) had released the Answer Key (Answer Sheet) of 12th Board Exam 2024 and asked the students to raise objection till March 05, 2024.

The board after completing the assessment of the 12th answer copies of the students conducted the interview of board exam toppers.

The Bihar board decided in 2022 to interview the board exam toppers before the announcement of the results and the release of the toppers list.

The decision followed the allegations of rigging and malpractices in the exams levelled after board exam toppers failed to answer simple queries of the media post result announcement.

Bihar Board Result History

The Bihar board has a history of declaring Classes 10 and 12 results in a record time. BSEB 12th Inter exams last year was held from Feb 1 to 11, 2023 and the result was announced on March 21, 2023.

In 2023, Bihar board 10 Matric exams for Theory Papers were conducted from February 14 to 22, 2023. The result of the Bihar Board 2023 Class 10 Board exams was declared on March 31, 2023.
