The Maharashtra Higher Secondary School Board today said that it
had put off the declaration of the class 12 results by few days.
The results were scheduled for declaration on May 23.
"Due to some technical problems, the
HSC results will take few more days to complete. Hence it will not
be possible to declare the results on May 23 as scheduled
earlier", S Kulkarni of the Nashik Division board told ummid.com.
Declining to say anything on the new
date, he said that efforts are on to complete the results as early
as possible and a new date may be decided by May 25.
Earlier, Maharashtra School Education
Minister Rajendra Darda on May 10 had announced that the state board
was planning to declare the HSC on May 23.
Last year the HSC results were
declared on May 27 whereas the SSC results were announced on June
17.
Like previous years, the results would be available on the following websites:
http://mahresult.nic.in
http://msbshse.ac.in
http://www.mh-ssc.ac.in
The results will also be available on
mobile phones via SMS.
After declaration of the results on
internet, marksheet would be given to students after eight days,
Kulkarni said.
Meanwhile, office of the HSC board,
Pune also said the preparations are on in full swing to complete
the result procedure as early as possible.
"The HSC results are delayed by few
days but in next couple of days a new date will surely be made
public", the official at the Pune office said while talking to
ummid.com on phone.
