Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar Monday said the Janata Dal-United (JD-U) had no desire to join a Third Front ahead of the Lok Sabha election next year.
He said his party, which dumped the Bharatiya Janata Party as an ally this year, was yet to discuss possible alliances for the next parliamentary election.
"There is no question of joining the Third Front," he told the media.
He refused to comment on speculation that the JD-U could ally with the Congress.
"When we have not discussed the issue, how can I say something on it?" he asked.
